The King
Ecclesiastes ch2 vv9-12

I am great, greater than anyone else who has ever lived in Jerusalem, and my wisdom never fails me.
Anything I want, I get. I do not deny myself any pleasure.
I am proud of everything I have worked for, and all this is my reward.
Then I think about all that I have done and how hard I have worked doing it, and I realize that it doesn't mean a thing.
It is like chasing the wind - of no use at all.
After all, a king can only do what previous kings have done.
